[note: There are 3 Stayton families listed in the 1820 Caldwell KY census]John Wesley's brother was married in Green County KY before coming to Caldwell County, but I don't find a marriage for John Wesley and Eveline Richardson there.

I looked through Louisana too, but didn't know enough to tell if there was anything significant there or not.
There is a James W Ritchardson 1830-1893 and
Ritchardson, Mary J, 1840-1881
both buried in Oakley Cemetery in Trigg County, per the Trigg County Cemetery Book.In "Gateway to the Jackson Purchase in KY and TN - Trigg County Handbook" by Pearl:

In 1880, he was the supervisor of the Poor House.
