Are these the children of Betsy? According to a death record for Clarinda, her maiden name was Calloo, so she wasn't a Holloway.
There is also a marriage listed for a Samuel McCollum to Matilda Kuykendall with a bond date of 8 Jul 1813. Reuben Martin (who raised the girl) gave his consent for the marriage. It was stated that she had no living parents. I don't know if this is the same Samuel or not.
Robert Holloway was security for the marriage bond.
