PRINCETON, Ky. — Services for Magdalene Tosh, 79, of the Goodsprings Community will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Morgan’s Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Pettit and Dennis Winn officiating. Burial will be at Rowland Cemetery.

She died at 3:42 p.m. Friday at Caldwell County Hospital.

She was a member of White Sulphur Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Marion Tosh; three sons, Marion Wayne Tosh of Athens, Ala., and Jerry Tosh and Terry Tosh, both of Benton; a daughter, Donna Sullivan of Princeton; a brother, John Isaac Faughn of Bossier City, La.; a sister, Betty Jean Rahn of Princeton; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Her parents were Arthur and Florence Gray Faughn.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Magdalene Tosh, 79, of Fredonia (Goodsprings Community), died Friday, May 11, 2007, at 3:42 p.m. at Caldwell County Hospital, following a long illness.

A retired seamstress from Cumberland Manufacturing, homemaker and member of White Sulphur Baptist Church, she was born Jan. 4, 1928, in Caldwell County, a daughter of the late Arthur and Florence Gray Faughn.

Survivors include her husband, Marion Johnson Tosh; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Marion Wayne and Nancy Tosh of Athens, Ala., Jerry Tosh of Benton and Terry and Deidra Tosh of Benton; a daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Randy Sullivan of Princeton; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother, John Isaac Faughn of Bossier City, La.; and a sister, Betty Jean Rahn of Princeton.

Funeral services were conducted Monday, May 14, at 1 p.m. at Morgan’s Funeral Home in Princeton.

The Rev. Bill Pettit officiated the service, assisted by Bro. Dennis Winn.

Burial followed in Rowland Cemetery.

Mrs. Helen Gray, age 63, Kuttawa, died Sunday, May 9th, at Lourdes Hospital after a long illness.

She had worked at Candy Land in Lake City for several years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gale Gray, who died in 1989 and her parents, James Rednour and her mother, Florence Sullivant Rednour.

Survivors include one son, Jeff Gray, Kuttawa, one daughter, Pamela Gray, Eddyville, Sandy Rainey, Grand Rivers, (a niece raised by Mrs. Gray ) three grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, one brother, Russell Rednour, Tucson, Ariz., four sisters, Fay Conner, Grand Rivers, Wilma Phelps, Kuttawa, Ruby Peek, Dycusburg, and Alice Brown, Alton, Illinois.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services were held at Morgan's Funeral Home in Eddyville on Tuesday, May 11th, at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Doug Phillips officiating.

Burial was in Confederate Cemetery in Lyon County, Ky.

She was a Member of Dycusburg Methodist Church and a member of the American Cancer society. Morgan's Funeral Home in Eddyville was in charge of the arrangements.

Jeff Gray, Hudson Street, Kuttawa, died Tuesday, November 23, 1993 at 9:10 a.m. at Lourdes Hospital, Paducah, due to injuries received in a traffic accident.

A son of the late Gale Gray who died in 1989 and the late Helen Rednour Gray, who died May 9, 1993, he was born November 28th 1958 in Livingston County, Ky.

Mr. Gray, a security guard for Players Riverboat Casino in Metropolis, Ill., was a member of Bethany Missionary Baptist Church in Lyon County and a veteran.

He is survived by a sister, Pamela Gray, Eddyville; a niece, Isabelle Duarte-Gray, Eddyville; paternal grandfather, Dallas Gray, Cadiz, and a great-aunt, Dorothy Thompson, Eddyville. Several aunts and uncles also survive.

Funeral services were held Thursday, November 25th, at 3:00 p.m. at Morgan's Funeral Home, Eddyville, with the Rev. Mickey Knight officiating, assisted by the Rev. Harold Rose.

Burial was in Confederate Cemetery in Lyon County, Ky.
