Deedbook L, p. 371, Rosanna Gray, John Cannon of Caldwell and Robert Cannon of Ill. being heirs of Nathaniel Cannon dec'd to William Cannon of Caldwell for $28 "all our right, title, claim and interest in a tract of land in Caldwell Co. on McNabbs Creek. 100 acres. Another researcher, Frank Hunter, lists the parents of Nathaniel Cannon as Joseph and Rosannah. Frank also lists the wife of Nathaniel as Mary East.
